My boss waited until the end of the year then quit suddenly leaving me exactly two days to the write the regional business plan for 2023. So I get to do her job but be paid for mine while they sort out who to hire above me. I am already filling 4 unfilled positions in addition to my own responsibilities because she was terrible at her job. When she left, she told me this will be a good opportunity for me to step up 🫠
