In California, the best system I have found is buying gift cards with ⚡️ on BitRefill and getting 1-3% rewards in ⚡️.
There are a bunch of debit cards (BitPay, Coinbase, waiting on Strike) that can auto convert but the spread is not as good as BitRefill as far as I can tell. Finally, if I need fiat for bank transfer, I can sell satoshis on strike, Coinbase, or CashApp with various fees or spreads. Trying to capture 80% of my spending in BTC in 2023.
Please advise if there are better options in US.
