CO2 is not the main problem. It is the feedforward mechanism of polar cap melting. We have an enormous water problem. A massive investment in evaporative desalination, transcontinental water transport, and terraforming of desert lands will provide the solution. Intentional terraforming is the next great growth industry providing the arable land and potable water needed to support population growth.
