I would recommend them to get BlueWallet since I am familiar with that ⚡️ wallet. If they have an app like CashApp (and are a KYC’d user) that they use for fiat remittances, then I could send LN⚡️ to them there and they could convert to fiat at their convenience or use for future LN⚡️ payments. I will be pushing my golf group to do this.
In the reverse, I would ask them to send me cash via CashApp and I can keep as fiat for my monthly fiat obligations or convert to BTC or LN⚡️ and withdraw to my hot wallet for usage or cold wallet for savings.
